  Day 1

Arrive in Cochin , Transfer to Munnar.

Details :
Arrive Kochi international airport / railway station. Kochi, popularly known as “THE QUEEN OF ARABIAN SEA”. and proceed to Munnar, which is around 120 KM away and approximate travel time is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Munnar is also known as the ‘Nature Lover’s Paradise’ and will surely hold you captive throughout your stay. On the way you can enjoy the beauty of Neriamangalam bridge which is built in 1935. The other sightseeing on the way to Munnar from cochin are Cheeyappara & Valara waterfalls, Karadipara view point etc. Check in the hotel and relax for the day.

Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for Munnar full day sightseeing. You can visit Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, which is constructed 1800 m above the sea level. Visit Tea Museum enroute visit Tea Estates. An informative place for all kids and tea lovers. This place has many photographs and machinery's of how the tea leaves are processed and definitely it will be exciting for tea sippers to know the mechanisms. In the evening take a quiet walk and explore the undisturbed nature. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Eravikulam National Park
The Eravikulam National Park is also home to the highest peak in the entirety of South India, the Anamudi peak, towering over the green expanse at a height of 2695 metres. Thus has it been dubbed with the title 'Everest of South India'. Eravikulam National Park covers a vast area of 97 square kilometres
Mattupetty Dam

Munnar to Thekkady Transfer

Enjoy your breakfast from Munnar resort and proceed to Thekkady, which is 85 KM away and approximate travel time is 3 hours. Enroute visit Spice Plantation. On arrival at Thekkady, check in the hotel, and relax. Afternoon proceed for Periyar lake boating. Periyar lake boating online booking is possible through KTDC website. Later walk on the street on Thekkady and visit Elephant Junction to enjoy Elephant Ride and watch Elephant Bathing in evening be mesmerized by a live show of Kalaripayattu (Kerala Martial arts) (On Direct Payment basis).
